About 7 Maths Chapter 13
In 7 Maths Chapter 13 Exponents and Powers, we will learn about the various rules exponents and conversion of powers into exponent and exponents to powers. Note: In most of the questions that are taken in Chapter 13, the base of a power was taken an integer. But all the results of this chapter apply equally well to a base which is a rational number.
Standard Form: Any number can be expressed as a decimal number between 1.0 and 10.0 including 1.0 multiplied by a power of 10. Such a form of a number is called its standard form.
The questions based on, conversing of number into standard form or Scientific form to normal form and vice versa are given in the last exercise, are very important for the further classes. Most of the larger numbers are normally written in the standard form.
