CBSE Sample Paper 2021 for Class 10 SST with Solutions Tips

The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 10 Social Science or SST Term 1 exam will be conducted tomorrow – November 30, 2021. CBSE Social Science Term 1 Exam 2021

Paper Pattern, Number of Questions Explained:
CBSE Social Science Term 1 exam will be of 40 marks and students will get 90 minutes to solve the paper. The question paper will have internal choice. The paper will have 4 sections – A, B, C and D. There will be 24 questions in one section and students will have to attempt only 20. Section B will have 22 questions and a total of 18 questions have to be attempted. Section C will have 12 case study-based questions out of which students will have to attempt only 10. For Section D, there will be 2 map-based questions, both are compulsory.

Students, please note that all questions carry equal marks and there is no negative marking. Students have to fill the OMR sheet. Students will be given 20 minutes of reading time before the commencement of the exam at 11:30 am.

Tips to Score Well in Social Science MCQs Exam:

    • 1) Read NCERT chapters carefully before the exam
    • 2) Do not leave the information in the box as they are very important for MCQs
    • 3) Read the questions carefully before answering
    • 4) If students are not sure about the answer, select the question with the closest possible answer as there is no negative marking
    • 5) For case study-based questions, go through the questions first and then go through the case studies
    • 6) Remember to double check your answer, it is very important for all the students

CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Today

Today more than 16 lakh students will appear for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2022. This is the first time that the board is conducting the exam in two terms. Class 1 started on 16 November and for class 10 will end on 11 December.
