The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will release the CBSE Sample Papers 2023 for the upcoming 10th 12th Board Exams. As per the schedule shared by the board, CBSE 10th 12th Board Exam 2023 will be conducted as per the old pattern in the month of March. The pattern for this has also been released. However, the sample papers are now likely to be released soon.
The delay of CBSE Sample Papers for the session 2023 has worried many teachers. With September, many schools have started or are in the process of starting mid-term or half yearly exams. CBSE Sample Papers are used as a template for setting up the question papers.
So, by the end of September we will start the exams and were really expecting CBSE sample papers to be available so that the board going students will have an understanding of how the paper will be set up. Half yearly exams are important. It helps in correcting the curriculum of the schools and helps the students in the areas of improvement. Another senior educationist, Faridabad explains that half yearly for class 10, 12 is like the first practice test.
While schools wait, CBSE has not shared any last date on the release of sample papers. Media reports sometime back had indicated that the sample papers would be released in August. When the CBSE department was questioned about this, they did not give any date. A source close to CBSE has suggested that the CBSE Sample Papers are expected by this or next week. Once released, CBSE 10th 12th Sample Papers will be available on the cbseacademic.nic.in website.
The pattern of CBSE 2023 board exams has been changed. The board has shared the outline of the change in the pattern. However, an understanding of the actual changes and patterns is usually obtained through sample papers. With no sample papers yet, it has been a challenge for the schools to set the paper for the half-yearly, – shared, Academic Coordinator at SRM School.
Recently seen that CBSE Class 10 compartment exams, said a statement by the board on Sunday. The pass percentage of class 10 increased from 81.28 per cent to 97.30 per cent, while the pass percentage of class 12 increased from 96.30 per cent to 98.22 per cent, said a statement issued by the government.
