1) Initially, this session was to be held in May, but the second wave of Covid postponed the JEE Main May 2021 session.
2) Day 2 of Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main) 4th session will be held today on 27th August.
3) National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the fourth and final session of engineering entrance exam in two shifts from Thursday 26th August.
4) First shift from 9 am to 12 noon and second from 3 pm to 6 pm.
All those students who have taken the BE/BTech paper in the first shift of JEE Main 2021 session 4 on 26th August have moderated the paper.
While the difficulty level of Mathematics paper in JEE Main Day 1 Session 4 was of Moderate level, it was Easy to Moderate level in Physics and Chemistry paper.
To Cater to the Reduction in Exam Syllabus:
Paper 1 – Apart from BE/BTech paper, JEE Main session 4 is also being conducted for B.Arch and B.Planning (Paper 2) candidates. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted for 400 marks. In order to meet the shortfall in the examination syllabus by various state boards including CBSE, NTA has decided to provide choices in the question papers and thus each paper will have two sections.
Along with the NTA JEE Main admit card, students have to carry a self-declaration form. JEE Main Self Declaration Form will mention the health status of JEE Main candidates and will have a record of travel history. The candidates will have to sign the self-declaration form in the presence of the invigilator.

NEET MDS 2021: Registration For Admission In Maharashtra Colleges Started From Yesterday:
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra is starting the registration process for admission to the colleges of Maharashtra through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) MDS 2021 from tomorrow.
Candidates can register themselves by visiting the MAHSET website, mahacet.org. The online registration window will close on August 29 at 11:59 pm. No offline application will be accepted for further process of admission, Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has said through official notice.
The registration process is for the candidates who want to take admission in the postgraduate dental programs in Maharashtra for the academic year 2025-26.
