The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the 12th results on Friday at 2 pm. Candidates who were waiting for the result can now check it on the official website – cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in.

Many Students Not Get Result

The result is also available through SMS, UMANG App and Digilocker. This year, 99.37 pass percentage has been registered which is almost 10 percent higher than last year’s 88.8 percent. In 2019 it was 83.4 per cent. At least 65,184 students have not received their result today as their result is still being processed. CBSE will declare its result on 5th August.

This year, over 70,000 students – over 5.3% of the candidates – scored above 95%, while another 1.5 lakh students scored above 90%.

CBSE Will Not Release Any Merit List

As it is said before, many institutions will not release any merit list. To recall, the board had earlier cancelled the CBSE Class 12 and Class 10 exams due to the COVID-19 situation in the country. The senior secondary exam results have been declared on the basis of an alternate marking scheme after the central government decided to cancel the CBSE class 12 board exams due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
CBSE will not release any merit list for class 12th result this year. The board did not release any merit list in 2020 as the result was partially finalized using the alternative evaluation scheme.

Record-High Pass Percentage

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan or KV Schools performed very well in the examination. The school has achieved 100% pass percentage this year. A total of 6,149 students have been placed under compartment.
With CBSE 12th results and record-high pass percentages this year in other state boards, the cut-off for college admissions is around 5.3% with students likely to score above 95%.
As per the board’s 40:30:30 formula for evaluation of marks of class 12 students, students will be assessed on the basis of their class 12, class 11 and class 10 marks.

    • 1) Visit the official website: cbse.gov.in
    • 2) Click on the link ‘CBSE Roll Number Finder 2021’
    • 3) On the next page, click on continue
    • 4) Select class 10 or class 12 and enter student’s name, father’s
    • 5) name, mother’s name and date of birth
    • 6) Then click on ‘Search Data’ to submit the information
    • 7) Roll number of the student will be displayed on the screen

For The Convenience Of The Candidates, Mentioned The Steps:

    • 1) Visit Digi-locker website www.digilocker.gov.in or download Digi-locker app on your smartphone.
    • 2) Click on the link of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
    • 3) For class 10 results, select class 10 pass certificate or class 10-mark sheet; For class 12 results, select class 12 pass certificate or class 12-mark sheet (whichever is required).
    • 4) Log in to your account using CBSE registered mobile number and access your mark sheet.
    • 5) Alternatively, you can use your Aadhar card number to log in.
    • 6)Download it and keep the mark sheet and other certificates safe for future reference.
Board Has Released Roll Number Finder

The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Result 2021 for Class 10 will be released soon. Before the release, the board has launched CBSE Roll Number Finder for class 10 and 12 students. The link, which is now active at cbse.gov.in, can be used by the students to find their CBSE 10th 12th roll numbers using their personal details.

How To Check Your CBSE Roll Number

Class 10 students will have to enter their mother’s and father’s name and their date of birth to get their roll number.
For class 12, students will need their mother’s, father’s name as well as their school code. Students can check their school code by calling their respective school.

    • 1) Go to CBSE Class 10 Roll Number Finder 2021 link and select Class 10
    • 2) On the new window, enter your name, your mother’s name, your father’s name and your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY
    • 3) Click on Search Data
    • 4) Your roll number will be displayed on the screen
