Assessment is an ongoing process of understanding each student’s growth, development and progress in relation to their individual learning goals; To assess personal strengths and challenges; To analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of learning methods and learning environment. It should always be seen as an integral part of the learning process and should involve both the facilitator and the learner. Opportunities should be provided to the learners to reflect on their learning and be creative Feedback for peers.

A Series of Webinars are being Organized by CBSE

Keeping in view the above objectives a series of webinars are being organized by CBSE. The topic of these sessions will be to define the learning goals and assessment in detail on the topics of learning objectives and differences between them. Strategies for the participation of students in defining learning objectives will then be discussed.

Authentic Assessment and Strategies for Self and Peer Evaluation:
Guidelines for creating rubrics to achieve the goal of authentic assessment and strategies for self and peer assessment for constructive feedback will also be discussed in detail. A roadmap for using reflection as an assessment tool will also be explored. The program comprises of four webinars of two hours duration each followed by MCQs Quiz.

    • 1) Join the webinar by clicking on the relevant link given in the above table. No registration is required.
    • 2) The course material and assessment will be available in the respective Google Classrooms.
    • 3) Link of classes will be [email protected]
    • 4) The link to classes on the above domain will be changed when a cohort is filled.
    • 5) Participants are advised to join only one group and use the current link available at the time of joining.
    • 6) Participants can join the class and get assessed [email protected] ID only.
    • 7) The Board has shared the ID of the teachers with the schools through the CBSE Centre of Excellence. Teachers who have not got the cbsedigitaledu.in ID can contact the respective Centre of Excellence through their school. Individual requests will not be considered.
    • 8) E-Certificate will be provided to the participants on successful completion of assessment.
    • 9) The assessment link in the respective class will be available for the participants from 01/11/2021 at 5.00 PM.
    • 10) Participants are advised to fill up the assessment form with utmost care. A participant can submit an assessment only once.
    • 11) The spelling of name and email id should be double checked while submitting the assessment form. Any mistake will be visible in the certificate.
    • 12) Participants can download their certificates from CBSE Training [email protected]/cbse/training from 30/11/2021.
    • 13) The course material and the medium of assessment will be English only.
