There is good news for the students who have passed CBSE 10th and 12th. If you are not satisfied with your result then you have another option but to you have to take the exam. CBSE Board is giving you the chance of Marks Verification / Result (CBSE Marks Verification 2021).
For this work, the board has issued a new “Dispute Redressal Policy” (DRP). Students try to understand in details. Here how you can take advantage of it.
The CBSE board has divided the results disputes into four types. The last date to apply for all has also been released. First understand these types and then how to deal with them and then the required dates:
Dispute Category (Type 1 and 2)
The result committee has prepared and uploaded the result on the board’s website for calculation, as per the instructions issued by CBSE. Any school students can ask their school principal to verify their result. If students are not satisfied with their obtained marks.
Dispute Category (Type 3)
If the result committee itself feels that they have made any mistake in calculation or uploading or any other mistake, they can apply for computation or correction without application by the student.
Dispute Category (Type 4)
If someone has a problem with the policy, then he will fall in the Type-4 category. Controversy over the policy of producing results. This policy has been approved by the Supreme Court.
Resolving Process By Type 1 – First of all students (who are not satisfied with result) will write to their school principal or school director for result verification. It should contain complete details of your claim and its basis. The same Result committee of the school which prepared the result, take the details which is send by the principal.
The committee will verify it only under the instructions of CBSE’s Result Policy 2021. All records and documents will be scrutinized. If no mistake is found, the school will notify the student by sending a reply. Along with this, a record of all these cases will also be kept as data.
Resolving Process By Type 2 – If the result committee finds any discrepancy in the result (for class 10 & class 12th) under the type 1 process, the committee will inform the principal along with the required documents. It will also explain how the mistake happened and how it affected the scores of other students.
Then the school principal or committee chairperson will send it to the concerned CBSE Regional Office. It will be checked there at the regional office as per the policy of CBSE norms. Then necessary changes will be made in the RESULT TABLE SHEET. All such cases after updating in the sheet will be sent to CBSE Headquarters so that the final result can be updated for students who applied for verification.
It can be noted that “Applications for Type 2” will be sent to the Regional Office through the School Request Submission for Resolution (SRSR) system. The link is available in the school login.
Resolving Process By Type 3 – The school will send the request to the Regional Office through SRSR system. Where, Type-3 will be selected in the request, which will mean wrong calculation of marks or error in uploading the result. A committee will be made & investigate this.

This committee will give its recommendation to the concerned regional office. Regional officers will investigate this. If the claim is correct, necessary changes will be made in the result, which will be sent to CBSE Headquarters. The school will also be informed thereafter.
