On Friday, JEE Main 2021 result for session 3 was declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and 17 students secured 100 percentiles in the same. A total of 7.09 lakh candidates had registered for Paper 1 (BE/BTech) in JEE Main 2021 session 3 examinations.
Students of Haryana Anamol Arichawal and JEE Main Topper with 100 percentile marks, to know about their future plans. Interestingly, he does not want to pursue engineering and is more interested in research.
Problems Caused By The Pandemic:
Prolonged protests by students on social media asking students to cancel or postpone JEE and NEET exams earlier this year did not help anyone focus on their preparation. As this year for the first time JEE Main is being conducted four times. This move was made to allow the students to improve their scores. Same was the case with Anmol. Disappointed with the postponement of the exam date. The uncertainty about when the exam date would be announced was quite troubling.
I isolated myself in a room. We had online classes and I used to study for hours under the guidance of mentors. I am keeping my fingers crossed that in future also no one in the family tests positive for KOVID-19. Anmol’s father is an advocate and mother is a Sanskrit lecturer. He also has a younger sister. Anmol admitted that he does not have much time left for co-curricular activities.
There is very little time left for hobbies. But whenever I get time, I like to play badminton and cycle. I also love watching cricket and listening to music – says JEE Main topper.
Many people said that JEE Main 2021 papers have been easier than the previous years. The session I took in February-March was tough. But the session I took after that in July was relatively easy in comparison, says Anmol.
In the first two sessions, the questions that came were technology based and were straight from NCERT. I didn’t know this. Luckily, I was ready for season 3. However, I didn’t get a perfect 300 – that’s unfortunate, – says Anmol.
His Career Goals:
I will sit with my mentors, discuss and then chart out what to do, – says JEE Main topper. He appeared in all the three JEE Main sessions till now but no decision has been taken yet about appearing in session 4.
My aim is to qualify for IISc Bangalore and do BSc in Mathematics, – says Anmol.
The overall high score due to the “EASY” paper in JEE Main has led to speculations about the higher cut-off. But Anmol is not worried about it.
The only stress I have is related to JEE Advanced exam. I have left the rest to God. I have given my best and worked hard. I am happy with it, – says JEE Main topper.

Complete Study Of JEE Main Syllabus 2021:
The first and foremost thing a candidate should do is to cover the entire syllabus of JEE Main. Time is required to complete the entire syllabus. Candidates should start studying from class 11th and from the beginning of class 12th. Also, make a study plan and divide the study hours so that every topic can be studied regularly.
It can be said very easily that students should study regularly. Regularity states the study with time management. Regular studies is very important to crack JEE Main 2021 exam. To study regularly, make a timetable for your daily study and allot time for all the three subjects. To understand the level of preparation, students must solve previous year JEE Main question papers. It will help the candidates to understand difficulty level of questions, topics with weightage and how questions have been asked in previous years. Practicing previous year papers will also help in understanding your preparation level and will help in assessing yourself to how much time & revision or need to study.
Revision will ensure that everything you read in your syllabus for JEE Main preparation is thoroughly memorized and you answer everything correctly during the exam. It is necessary to revise the entire syllabus of JEE Main before the exam and many times.
Solve Mock Test Papers:
Every JEE Main aspirant must practice mock tests to evaluate their preparation and find out their strong and weak points. Students can also practice mock tests from the NTA mobile app – National Test Abahyas.
It is very crucial as well helpful aspect to every aspirant. Many students face poor time management during exams. This makes them anxious and perform poorly in exams.
If a question is taking more time than required, skip it and go for the next question. Candidates must note that since the exam is of three hours duration, you will have to give a certain amount of time to each question. You should start this exercise from home.
