The Central Board of Secondary Education Board Exam 2021 will be held in November or December 2021. Our Board, CBSE has released an important notification for all the schools and principals on September 16, 2021. CBSE Term-1 Board Exam will be conducted soon and thus, the board has directed all the schools and principals to submit the LIST OF CANDIDATES who will appear for the exam.

Data Collection Starting From September 17, 2021

As per the notice issued by CBSE, the schools were already directed to draw LIST OF CANDIDATES from August 16, 2021. The data collection for this will start from September 17, 2021.
Schools should note that they can submit the LIST OF CANDIDATES by accessing the e-examination link from the website of CBSE,@cbse.gov.in.

Schools Must Submit Data Correctly:
Heads of schools and educational institutions affiliated to CBSE are advised to read the detailed notification issued by CBSE. Further, as per the authentic data, the schools should submit the data correctly and on time. While making LIST OF CANDIDATES, the educational institutions should ensure that the child is not registered with any other board. Schools should sponsor only their own students and ensure that students attend classes regularly and they should not be from any unaffiliated school.

CBSE LOC Submission Dates, At a Glance

    • 1) Online submission of LOC for class 10 and 12 students = 17th September to September 30,
    • 2) Payment of fee for submission of LOC from = 17th September to 1 October 2021
    • 3) Schedule for payment of late fee from = 1st October to 10th October, 2021
    • 4) Schedule for submission of LOC with late fee from = 1st October to October 9, 2021

No Correction Window To Edit School Data:
Every school should take the responsibility of doing its own thing regarding statistics. Schools should note that LIST OF CANDIDATES, (LOC) can be submitted online only. Any offline submission will not be considered by CBSE. There will also be no correction window to edit the already uploaded data. Thus, it is the duty of the schools to upload the correct and authentic data.

    1. Remember, while submitting the data, educational institutions should select the subject code, such as 002 for Hindi A and the subject combination with precautions.
    2. Schools should register themselves, Before submitting the data online,
    3. Schools should use the affiliation number available to them as their registration number.
    4. The Central Board of Secondary Education Online Affiliated School Information System data should be submitted by the schools by 29th September, Wednesday, 2021.
    5. Recently affiliated schools should contact the regional office to get the password.
    6. Thereafter they should change the password for future use.
    7. Any corrections or amendments made by the schools will be strictly followed by the regional authorities of the Central Board of Secondary Education Board.

However, as mentioned earlier, no data can be corrected once the data is finalized by the schools. Schools should also take a printout of the final The Central Board of Secondary Education Board or Candidate List and obtain the signatures of the candidate, his/her mother and father. The signature is obtained as per the details filled in the Candidate List.
