Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said that his government will start distribution of tablets and smartphones among the youth by the end of November. He made this announcement while laying the foundation stone of a Government Medical College in Sultanpur. Projects Worth 300 Crore
