In Exercise 12.1 Questions are based on Surface areas related to Cubes, Cuboids, Cones, Cylinders, etc. The solid figures are the combination of two or more figures. The surface area of the solid figures depends on the part which are visible. Exercise 12.1 is based on the Chapter 12 of class 9 Maths. All the questions in this exercise are direct applications of Mensuration. To find the surface area of joined figures, you should first need to draw a rough sketch to identify the portion which are visible and to decide which are is to be calculated.
